Coalition in Action
The Rural Whole Health Coalition works alongside healthcare providers, schools, nonprofits, workforce organizations, public agencies and community leaders to strengthen access to care and improve quality of life across rural Central Texas.

Regional Healthcare Workforce Strategy Sessions
RWHC launched a regional effort bringing together healthcare employers, educators, workforce organizations and community partners to address workforce shortages and strengthen healthcare career pathways across Bastrop, Caldwell, Fayette and Lee counties.
Quarterly Coalition Convenings Hosted Across the Region
RWHC hosts quarterly convenings that provide space for healthcare and community partners to exchange ideas, share updates and identify opportunities for collaboration around mental health, primary care, women’s health and financial wellness.


Resource Connection and Collaboration
The coalition works to help connect residents and partner organizations with programs, services and collaborative opportunities that strengthen whole-community health across the region. This includes educational workshops such as the C.O.R.E. Financial Wellness Series, resource-sharing efforts and community-based initiatives that help improve access to information and support.
Community Partnership Expansion
The coalition continues to expand partnerships with hospitals, clinics, school districts, public agencies and nonprofit organizations to improve coordination and increase access to community resources in rural communities. Through stakeholder engagement, collaborative planning and regional relationship-building efforts, RWHC helps strengthen connections across sectors.
