Quienes Somos
Somos la Rural Whole Health Coalition (RWHC), dedicada a mejorar la salud y el bienestar de las familias en las comunidades rurales del centro de Texas de Bastrop, Lee, Caldwell y Fayette.
Abordamos las necesidades de la comunidad aumentando el acceso a servicios de salud mental, atención primaria y salud financiera.
The Rural Whole Health Coalition brings together healthcare providers, non-profits, schools, workforce organizations, public agencies and community leaders to improve health and wellness across rural Central Texas.
How We Support Communities
We connect organizations, community partners and regional leaders to strengthen collaboration and resource sharing.
We host regional convenings, workforce strategy sessions and collaborative discussions focused on community needs.
We support initiatives that improve awareness, access and opportunities related to mental health, primary health and financial health.
RWHC is not a direct healthcare provider. As a regional coalition, we help organizations work together, share resources and support community-driven solutions that improve quality of life across Bastrop, Caldwell, Fayette and Lee counties.
